  1. Booking Cancellations All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [haoyangtourism@gmail.com].

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked (tours, flights, accommodations) and the timing of the cancellation.

  1. Standard Refund Timeline More than 30 days before travel date: Full refund (minus any bank or transaction fees).

15–30 days before travel date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 15 days before travel date: No refund.

  1. Non-Refundable Items Special discounted offers, promotional packages, and third-party bookings (such as airline tickets or hotel reservations made through external providers) may be non-refundable.
  2. Rescheduling Travelers may request a reschedule subject to availability. Any difference in cost must be covered by the traveler.

Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original travel date.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
